At International Foods, we handle perishables with care and offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, expired, or incorrect. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products or general change-of-mind requests.

Return Process

    Upon delivery, please immediately check your package for any signs of damage, leakage, or incorrect items before opening the individual product seals.

    Document the Issue

    Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping label as evidence to help our quality control team process your claim efficiently.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the attached photos to initiate a refund or replacement request.

  • 4.
    Receive Resolution

    Once your claim is validated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
